FARGO, N.D. (AP) – Court records show that a man involved in a
\ndeadly wrong-way crash on Interstate 94 in North Dakota had a
\nhistory of alcohol and drug offenses.
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wyatt Klein, of Jamestown, was one of four people killed when
\nhis pickup collided head-on with a West Fargo family’s car Friday
\nnight. Authorities say Klein was heading east in the westbound
\nlanes.
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Highway Patrol says alcohol was a factor in the crash. Sgt.
\nTom Herzig says troopers smelled alcohol on Klein and in his
\nvehicle.
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Forum reports\u00a0 that Klein’s record includes at least three convictions related to underage drinking and driving, five violations for driving with suspended license and one for having marijuana in a vehicle as a driver.
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Klein pleaded guilty in February 2011 to drunken driving in
