Samuel and Jennie (Russell) Umphrey.\u00a0 She married Emerald Olafson and to that union they had three children, Joann, Jimmy, and Janet.\u00a0 After Emerald died, she married John Michaelson.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Fleance took great pride in being a homemaker.\u00a0 She enjoyed cooking and preparing meals for her family.\u00a0 She was especially known for her fried dough treats.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">Fleance is survived by her children, Joann Spuhr, Jimmy Olafson, and Janet Doharty; sister, Joy Skeel; and nephew, Dennis Michaelson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; and nine siblings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><strong><br \/>\nFuneral Service:<\/strong> \u00a011:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Ave Marie Village Chapel, Jamestown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><strong>Visitation:<\/strong> 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at Williams-Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><strong>Interment:<\/strong> Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fleance Michaelson, 97, of Jamestown, ND, died Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown.
