He was arrested with the assistance of an Eddy County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy and an officer with the North Dakota Game and Fish Department.<\/p>\n<p>Murphy says a Sheriff\u2019s deputy was attacked by a dog that was inside the suspects vehicle during the arrest. No other injuries were reported. The suspects vehicle speed reached nearly 100 mph during the pursuit on Friday night.<\/p>\n<p>Foster County County Sheriff Ian Mattice says his deputies acted professionally under extreme hazardous and dangerous condition during the pursuit of the suspect<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The man remains jailed in Jamestown.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Jamestown (CSi) A man faces a number of charges after he tried to elude a Foster County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy north of Carrington.
