Plan to arrive early to tour the beautiful 4,000 square foot perennial garden.<\/p>\n<p>After sunset, a dedication of Saturn\u2019s Rings will feature a brief talk by local artist Charles Bowen. Bowen, owner of Bowen Welding in Valley City, and his extended family created this beautiful addition to Saturn on the &#8220;Walk of the Planets&#8221; at the park.
