Options include the company providing\u00a0staff and guidance with costs ranging from $216,000 to $312,000 paid over a two-year period.<\/p>\n<p>The one percent City Sales Tax approve by voters, June 2<sup>nd<\/sup> will providing funding for the first phase, costing $28.6 million.
