(AP) \u2013 A fund has been established for the family of<br \/>\nthree North Dakota children slain last month on the Fort Berthold<br \/>\nIndian Reservation.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Thirteen-year-old Benjamin Schuster, 10-year-old Julie Schuster,<br \/>\nand 6-year-old Luke Schuster were shot to death Nov. 18, along with<br \/>\ntheir 64-year-old grandmother, Martha Johnson, in New Town.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The fund, set up through KodaBank in Minto, is in the name of the children\u2019s father, Kevin Schuster.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A New Town man who killed himself in the nearby town of Parshall<br \/>\nlater the day of the slayings is considered a person of interest in<br \/>\nthe case.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NEW TOWN, N.D. (AP) &#8211; A man who killed himself with a knife in front of law enforcement officers and has been called a &#8220;person of<br \/>\ninterest&#8221; in the slayings of a New Town woman and three of her grandchildren has been identified.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mountrail County Sheriff Ken Halvorson identified the man as<br \/>\n21-year-old Kalcie Eagle of New Town. Halvorson says Eagle killed<br \/>\nhimself in front of a deputy and a highway patrolman on Sunday<br \/>\nnight in Parshall.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Halvorson says authorities are still trying to determine what<br \/>\nrole &#8211; if any- Eagle played in the shooting deaths Sunday of<br \/>\n64-year-old Martha Johnson and three of her grandchildren.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 FBI spokesman Kyle Loven declined comment, citing the ongoing<br \/>\ninvestigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update&#8230; MINTO, N.D.
