(AP) &#8211; Gov. Jack Dalrymple says the state plans to run the two floodwater diversion outlets at Devils Lake as much as possible this summer.<\/p>\n<p>The governor says \u00a0outlets on the west and east ends of the lake have been running at capacity most of the time recently. He says downstream residents have gotten used to seeing the flows from Devils Lake in the Sheyenne River.<\/p>\n<p>The two outlets are capable of running at a combined capacity of 600 cubic feet of water per second.
