Jamestown (CSi) Floor plans have been released, \u00a0as James River Family Fitness\u2019 Learning Center will move to the Two Rivers Activity Center.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday\u2019s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, teacher Torrey Herrington said the Learning Center at the TRAC facility should be ready for occupancy in September of 2017, and will include four classrooms and a larger After School Program room.<\/p>\n
She said, presently the Learning Center is looking for two additional teachers so the program can expand to four classrooms. At this time there is a waiting list for new students.<\/p>\n
The program currently has 15 Pre-Kindergarten students and 25 After-school students.<\/p>\n
The Learning Center is open from 6-a.m., to 6-p.m., with the After-school program from 3-p.m., to 6-p.m.<\/p>\n
She pointed out that the Pre-K program teaches children how to interact with other children, and prepares them for a classroom setting when they start school.<\/p>\n
