{"id":83727,"date":"2015-10-02T19:00:02","date_gmt":"2015-10-03T00:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=83727"},"modified":"2015-10-05T12:32:35","modified_gmt":"2015-10-05T17:32:35","slug":"sepa-approves-3rd-party-rail-loop-operations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=83727","title":{"rendered":"SEPA approves 3rd party rail-loop operations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Spiritwood-rail-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-57827\" alt=\"Spiritwood rail-2\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Spiritwood-rail-2-300x202.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Spiritwood-rail-2-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Spiritwood-rail-2-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Spiritwood-rail-2.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown (CSi) The Spiritwood Energy Park Association Board of Directors has approved compatible transloading rail-loop operations by third-party users.<\/p>\n<p>There are no cost projections at this time,but SEPA is looking at the possibility of building a gravel road to join Stutsman County Road 40 north of the Energy Park or an optional gravel road that would connect to Interstate 94 south of the Energy Park.<\/p>\n<p>SEPA Project Manager Rich Garman says a tenant operations committee was formed including a SEPA member, along with Jamestown\/Stutsman Development Corporation, CEO Connie Ova, key tenants and Garman.<\/p>\n<p>Ova was named chief operating officer of the tenant operations committee, as it&#8217;s necessary to work directly with third-party users and to set rents, Garman said, and Ova would report to the SEPA Board.<\/p>\n<p>Transient tenant opportunities for short-term projects include setting aside ground to offload and lay wind turbine parts with a 12- to 24-month storage lease for temporary projects.
