Highway 45 while reportedly intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>51 year old Neil Fliflet was walking north on the west side of Highway 45 in Cooperstown. \u00a0He was not walking on the sidewalk<\/p>\n<p>The report says 74 year old Elwood Ellefson,\u00a0of Aneta, was driving a 2013 Ford F350 south on Highway 45 in Cooperstown.<\/p>\n<p>Ellefson&#8217;s vehicle \u00a0struck Fliflet with the passenger side of the Ford.\u00a0 Fliflet fell back into the curb of the road where he sustained head lacerations.<\/p>\n<p>Fliflet was transported to Cooperstown Medical Center and taken by Life Flight to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. His condition is unknown at this time.
