\"WollinAndrew\"\u00a0Moorhead\u00a0\u00a0(CSi) \u00a0 Three-year-old Andrew Wollin<\/strong> was found<\/strong> unharmed by a Moorhead officer during a traffic stop at 11:32 PM Saturday.<\/p>\n

Emily Wollin was taken into custody and Andrew was returned to his father.<\/p>\n

The \u00a0father took his son, Andrew Wollin, to visit his mother, 34 year old Emily Wollin, who does not have custody of him.<\/p>\n

They were at Wollin’s home in Fargo, and around 6:15PM Saturday, Andrew and Emily went missing.<\/p>\n

Initially, a CodeRed alert was sent to everyone who’s signed up for them in the metro.<\/p>\n

An\u00a0Amber Alert \u00a0was issued Saturday\u00a0for Andrew Wollin\u00a0 believed to have been abducted, or is otherwise endangered.<\/p>\n

Fargo Police say just minutes after the Amber Alert was sent, officers found Wollin’s vehicle by tracking her cell phone around 11:30 PM in Moorhead. Police pulled her over, found Andrew safe and took Wollin into custody for kidnapping. \u00a0Wollin is in the Clay County jail and is scheduled for an arraignment\u00a0Monday, \u00a0awaiting extradition to Cass County.<\/p>\n

\"wollinEmily\"<\/a>Police say 34-year-old Emily Wollin is the non-custodial parent of three-year-old Andrew Wollin.\u00a0They say she took the child without permission.<\/p>\n

\nAndrew Wollin is described as a white\u00a0 and is 3 years old.\u00a0 has brown hair, brown
\neyes, and weighs approximately 40 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and
\nblack pants with a stripe\u00a0 and was last seen at 2449 West Country Club Drive in
\nFargo, ND.\u00a0\u00a0 Andrew Wollin may be with Emily Wollin who may be driving a 2005 red
\nHyundai Elantra.\u00a0 North Dakota license plate is KMW730.
\nEmily Wollin is described as a white female with brown hair, brown eyes, and
\napproximately 34 years of age.<\/p>\n

Additional Information: Emily Wollin is described as 5’7″ tall weighing
\napproximately 220 pounds.”<\/p>\n

Again…Andrew was found unharmed Saturday Night<\/strong><\/p>\n
