(AP) &#8211; The parents of a Minnesota boy abducted 26 years ago say they have as many questions as everyone else after federal authorities identified a &#8220;person of interest&#8221; in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Patty and Jerry Wetterling gave brief statements Tuesday outside their central Minnesota home, not far from where their 11-year-old son Jacob was abducted in 1989.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, authorities identified 52-year-old Daniel James Heinrich as a &#8220;person of interest&#8221; in Jacob&#8217;s disappearance, but refused to call him a suspect. They say Heinrich has denied involvement. He faces unrelated child pornography charges.<\/p>\n<p>Patty Wetterling says the family will let the legal process continue and &#8220;watch impatiently for answers.&#8221; She and her husband asked anyone with knowledge about the case to come forward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ST.
