All three charges are Class C felonies.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents say LaRocque assaulted a correctional officer by allegedly biting and punching the man on Sept. 1. LaRocque also allegedly spit blood on two other correctional officers while they were in the process of putting LaRocque in restraints.<\/p>\n<p>LaRocque is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 25 for his initial court appearance on these charges.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum penalty for a Class C felony is five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) Officials report that a 24-year-old Jamestown man currently serving time at the James River Correctional Center is facing multiple felony charges after he allegedly assaulted three correctional staff members.
