{"id":88053,"date":"2015-11-19T16:52:34","date_gmt":"2015-11-19T22:52:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=88053"},"modified":"2015-11-19T16:56:17","modified_gmt":"2015-11-19T22:56:17","slug":"bcn-school-district-parents-proposal-recall-school-board","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=88053","title":{"rendered":"BCN school district parents proposal recall school board"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Leal (CSi) Some parents of students in the Barnes County North School District are proposing a recall of some or all of the school board members.<\/p>\n<p>Parent spokesman Curt Brown believes the board is micro-managing the Superintendent and Principal Mark Lindahl, who told the board that he and his wife Mary would be moving to the Twin Cities to be closer to their grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Lindahl tendered his resignation in September, effective at the end of the school year.<\/p>\n<p>School board chairperson Lori Carlson believes the board has done nothing wrong that would merit a recall of any school board member.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month a school board meeting focused on whether or not the district should reduce one teacher per classroom and increase classroom size for teachers or make no change at all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leal (CSi) Some parents of students in the Barnes County North School District are proposing a recall of some or all of the school board members.
