News)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 The Jamestown City Council will meet Thursday morning (Dec 13,2012) at 9-a.m., at City Hall,\u00a0in Special Session and then enter into Executive Session.<\/p>\n<p>KCSi-T.V. was informed of the meeting Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n<p>During the open session, the City Council will:<\/p>\n<p>Vote on a Resolution to approve payment to Interstate Engineering, Inc., for engineering services on the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Payment No. 1 (Inv No. 11313) on 2012 Water Tower &amp; Distribution System Improvements, in the amount of $7,135.00.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 2 (Inv No. 11648) on 2012 Water Tower &amp; Distribution System Improvements, in the amount of $3,898.00.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Payment No. 2 (Inv No.11646) for Survey &amp; Design for 13<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue &amp; 13<sup>th<\/sup> Street SW, in the amount of $857.50.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Payment No. 2 (Inv No. 11312) on 2012 Lift Station and Sewer System Improvements, in the amount of $15,800.00.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 3 (Inv No. 11647) on 2012 Lift Station and Sewer System Improvements, in the amount of $8,325.00.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 2 (Inv No. 11314) on Water &amp; Sewer District 12-61 &amp; 12-31 (Titan Addition), in the amount of $14,291.00.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 3 (Inv No. 11649) on Water &amp; Sewer District 12-61 &amp; 12-31 (Titan Addition), in the amount of $8,773.50.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 7 (Inv No. 11315) on the Plant Influent Piping at Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the amount of $3,722.10.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 8 (Inv No. 11645) on the Plant Influent Piping at Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the amount of $12,147.40.<\/p>\n<p>Payment No. 23 (Inv No. 11316) on Phase II, Water System Improvements, Water Treatment Plant Improvements,\u00a0 DWSRF Project No. 4700498-03, in the amount of $632.55.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The City Council will then enter into closed Executive Session for the purpose of consulting with the City Attorney relative to territorial service claims by Stutsman Rural Water District.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The open portion of the meeting will be shown on CSi 67, followed by replays.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
