The cost differences have been reduced by design changes, but the process is not complete.<\/p>\n<p>Hogan points out that the new plan calls for items moved to the upper level and squaring some of the corners.<\/p>\n<p>The design change would move portions of the cardio exercise area to the mezzanine level of the building.<\/p>\n<p>Hogan says, there will be no changes in the function of the facility.<\/p>\n<p>The voters approved a $28.6 million bond issue in June, 2015, to be repaid by a one percent sales tax in Jamestown, which begins on January 1, 2016. <a title=\"After the bond issuance costs\" href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=88889\" target=\"_blank\">After bond issuance costs<\/a>, Jamestown Parks and Recreation will have about $28.1 million to cover the cost of land acquisition and the construction of phase 1 of the building.
