(AP) \u2013 North Dakota\u2019s Department of Mineral Resources says the state\u2019s oil production increased by about 6,800 barrels a day in October, after seeing a decrease in the previous three months.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The agency says the state produced an average of 1.1 million barrels of oil daily in October. The October production was about 60,000 barrels per day less than the record set in December.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 North Dakota also produced a 1.6 million cubic feet of natural gas in October, down slightly from a record set in July.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The October tally is the latest figure available because oil production numbers typically lag at least two months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISMARCK, N.D.
