{"id":89585,"date":"2015-12-10T07:48:57","date_gmt":"2015-12-10T13:48:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=89585"},"modified":"2015-12-11T08:46:34","modified_gmt":"2015-12-11T14:46:34","slug":"3-individuals-plead-not-guilty-unattended-death-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=89585","title":{"rendered":"Not guilty plea in unattended death case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/rodackercorbellgibson.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-78814\" alt=\"rodackercorbellgibson\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/rodackercorbellgibson-300x202.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/rodackercorbellgibson-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/rodackercorbellgibson-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/rodackercorbellgibson.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown (CSi)\u00a0 One of three individuals arrested stemming from an investigation that started with the report of an unattended death in Jamestown in August, has pleaded not guilty to three charges in Southeast District Court before Judge Thomas Merrick, in Jamestown Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger said an autopsy conducted on 24 year old Cody Dunwoodie in August showed he died of methadone toxicity.<\/p>\n<p>28 year old Rae Ann Rodacker of Jamestown pleaded not guilty to two Class A felonies, delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Rodacker entered her plea during an arraignment after Merrick found there was probable cause to proceed on all three charges after a preliminary hearing.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the investigation into Rodacker\u2019s activities, two indviduals have been charged with drug crimes.<\/p>\n<p>34 year old Chance Corbell, of Jamestown, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, methadone, a Class A felony. A preliminary hearing is scheduled at 9 a.m. Wednesday in Southeast District Court in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>52 year old Licia Gibson, of Jamestown, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, clonazepam, a Class C felony.
