{"id":90021,"date":"2015-12-15T07:44:23","date_gmt":"2015-12-15T13:44:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=90021"},"modified":"2015-12-15T16:33:27","modified_gmt":"2015-12-15T22:33:27","slug":"jmst-day-care-provide-arrested-possessin-meth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=90021","title":{"rendered":"Day-care provider charges pending, possessing meth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) A Jamestown day care provider was arrested early Monday morning for possessing methamphetamine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/FordElizbeth.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-90100 alignleft\" alt=\"FordElizbeth\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/FordElizbeth-300x202.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/FordElizbeth-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/FordElizbeth-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/FordElizbeth.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a>Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger, says 23 year old Brooke Ford, was arrested at about 4 a.m. for possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony, possession of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor, possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, a Class B misdemeanor, Edinger said.<\/p>\n<p>Edinger says that the first charge for possessing methamphetamine drug paraphernalia is a Class B misdemeanor, and a second charge would advance to a felony charge.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/PatrickPaulShannon.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-90103\" alt=\"PatrickPaul&amp;Shannon\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/PatrickPaulShannon-300x202.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/PatrickPaulShannon-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/PatrickPaulShannon-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/PatrickPaulShannon.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a>36 year old Shannon Patrick, of Jamestown, and 34 year old Paul Patrick, of Jamestown, were also arrested for possession of methamphetamine.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 Stutsman County state attorney\u2019s office, said Tuesday that charges have been received.<\/p>\n<p>Ford\u2019s arrest report indicates her occupation as a day care provider.<\/p>\n<p>Edinger says, the individuals were arrested after an officer spotted a vehicle parked in a shelter belt on Hillcrest Municipal Golf Course property about 4-a.m. and investigated the situation further.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) A Jamestown day care provider was arrested early Monday morning for possessing methamphetamine.
