The McKenzie County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert on Monday, saying Fuchs was wanted for aggravated assault for allegedly shooting a man in the hip with a handgun. The victim told authorities at the hospital that Fuchs shot him at a house south of Watford City.<\/p>\n
Fuchs will be extradited back to North Dakota.<\/p>\n

Fuchs is described as a 6-foot tall white man who weighs about 180 pounds and has blue eyes and chin-length brown hair.<\/p>\n
Fuchs drives a dark blue Ford pickup with tinted windows and a cream-colored hood or stripe. His license plate is MK570, but the state is unknown.<\/p>\n
