{"id":93014,"date":"2016-01-28T05:23:10","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T11:23:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=93014"},"modified":"2016-01-29T14:12:38","modified_gmt":"2016-01-29T20:12:38","slug":"myhre-issues-grievance-about-werkhoven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/?p=93014","title":{"rendered":"Myhre, Swenson, issue grievances about Mayor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/MyhreRussell.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-93423\" alt=\"MyhreRussell\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/MyhreRussell-150x150.png\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Valley City (CSi) Valley City&#8217;s City Attorney, Russell Myhre claims Valley City Mayor Bob Werkhoven has created a hostile work environment in City Hall, also alleging Werkhoven harassed city employees including Myhre.<\/p>\n<p>Myhre has issued a grievance about Werkhoven\u2019s behavior to his attorney Joseph Larson who represents Myhre and three other city employees.<\/p>\n<p>After reviewing the Myhre grievance, Larson says Mayor Werkhoven\u2019s conduct is erratic and his behavior combative.<\/p>\n<p>In a another issue, four city employees want an investigation into whether Robert Drake\u2019s &#8220;letter of 15 questions,&#8221; presented to the city in December are defamatory, and if Mayor Werkhoven was involved in creating the letter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/SwensonDavidLt.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-93422\" alt=\"SwensonDavidLt\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/SwensonDavidLt-150x150.png\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Meanwhile, Valley City Police Lt.
