News Dec 20, 2012)\u00a0 &#8212;\u00a0 The\u00a0North Dakota Highway Patrol investigated an accident, where granual fertilizer spilled on the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>The report says the accident occurred on Highway\u00a01 near the North Dakota, South Dakota\u00a0border, in rural Dickey County.<\/p>\n<p>The highway \u00a0was closed for an hour and a half Thursday afternoon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The driver, \u00a062 year old James Mooney of \u00a0Hillsboro was heading south on Highway 1 when\u00a0the vehicle \u00a0drifted onto the west shoulder of the roadway entering a curve.<\/p>\n<p>Mooney over-corrected, and\u00a0the \u00a0truck and trailer rolled, spilling the granular fertilizer.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic\u00a0was \u00a0diverted around the scene onto\u00a0adjacemt roads.<\/p>\n<p>Mooney was transported to Oakes Community Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0He was charged with Care Required.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0The\u00a0accident remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oakes,ND (KCSi-T.V.
