The report says a knife and a fireplace poker were allegedly used in the altercation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonDale.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-94390\" alt=\"DaultonDale\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonDale-300x202.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"121\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonDale-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonDale-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonDale.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/a>49 year old Rodney Dale Daulton, of 1003 5th Avenue Northeast apt number 4, was charged with four Class C felonies aggravated assault and three counts of terrorizing.<\/p>\n<p>39 year old Barbara Lynn Daulton, of the same address, was charged with aggravated assault, a <a href=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonBarbara.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-94391\" alt=\"DaultonBarbara\" src=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonBarbara-300x202.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"121\" srcset=\"http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonBarbara-300x202.jpg 300w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonBarbara-259x175.jpg 259w, http:\/\/csinewsnow.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/DaultonBarbara.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/a>Class C felony.<\/p>\n<p>They appeared in Southeast District Court before Judge John Greenwood Monday.<\/p>\n<p>They are being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center after each did not post a $5,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum penalty for a Class C felony is five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) An altercation on Sunday at a Northeast Jamestown residence, led to the arrest of a couple who allegedly assaulted each other with weapons.
