News) &#8212; Jamestown City Fire Department Chief Jim Reuther says the cause of last Friday&#8217;s (Feb 17, 2012) Fire in the 300 block of First Avenue North has been determined to be accidental. He says the official investigation in continuing, but nothing indicates at this point, that the cause of the fire was nothing but accidental.<br \/>\nIt appears to be an electrical problem in a tractor inside the building.<\/p>\n<p>The fire scene has been turned over to the owners of the building where the fire started, Vining Oil, CEO, Brad Vining, and the former Elks location building owner,Allen Huber, along with their insurance companies. The fire department is working with investigators.<br \/>\nPrecautions have now been taken to ensure public safety around the walls of the Vining building. The State Health Department&#8217;s Environmental Health Section and city continue to look at any possible health concerns of contaminants in the Vining building.<br \/>\nStreets in the area that are closed include Third Street Northwest between First Avenue and Second Avenue Northwest in addition to southbound traffic on First Avenue North from Fourth Street to Third Street Northwest.<br \/>\nFire destroyed the building at 305 First Avenue, North, owned by Vining Oil, and damaged the adjacent former Elks building.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
