News) &#8212; The scene of the Feb 17, 2012 fire in the 300 block of First Avenue North in Jamestown is being further processed.<br \/>\nCity Fire Chief Jim Reuther says the scene at the Vining Oil Company building which was destroyed in the fire is secured with fencing by the insurance company investigators.<br \/>\nHe expects more information stemming from the investigation within the next week or two.<br \/>\nThe main floor is being processed, followed by gaining access to the basement.<br \/>\nChief Reuther earlier reported the fire was \u201caccidental,\u201d and was caused by an electrical problem with a tractor stored in the building.<br \/>\nSome fire damage and smoke and water damage was inflicted to the adjoining former Elks building to the south of the Vining building.<br \/>\nThe surrounding streets are still blocked or have limited access to traffic.<br \/>\nThose streets closed to motorists until further notice are:<br \/>\n..3rd St NW between 1st Ave and 2nd Ave NW<br \/>\n..South Bound traffic on 1st Ave N from 4th St NW to 3rd St NW<br \/>\nMotorists should use alternate routes and use EXTREME caution in and around this area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V.
