The January production was about 105,380 barrels per day less than the record set in December 2014.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 North Dakota also produced 1.63 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day in January, down from 1.67 billion cubic feet daily in December.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The January tally is the latest figure available because oil production numbers typically lag at least two months.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 There were 33 drill rigs operating in North Dakota&#8217;s oil patch on Friday &#8211; the lowest number since March 2007.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0BISMARCK, N.D.
