New… \u00a0Bismarck (CSi) The Monday morning Amber Alert issued for a 15 year old female from North Central North Dakota,\u00a0 at 10:36 a.m., was cancelled less than a hour after it was issued. \u00a0It turns out it contained incorrect information.<\/p>\n

KFGO Radio reports, it started Sunday evening about 11-O\u2019Clock when Three Affiliated Tribes Police informed the Highway Patrol that the girl may have been kidnapped and could be in danger.<\/p>\n

Highway Patrol Sergeant Tom Iverson says he was told that the girl was found safe, with her father at Four Bears Casino in New Town.<\/p>\n

He says the man who tribal police thought had abducted the girl from Parshall is dead and police released a picture of that man by mistake. \u00a0Iverson says he doesn\u2019t know whether the girl was ever in any danger.<\/p>\n

Update….The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports the an Amber Alert issued for Aimee Messerly issued Monday morning March 21, 2016, has been cancelled, she was found Monday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PARSHALL, N.D. (AP) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol has canceled an Amber Alert for a 15-year-old girl whom Three Affiliated Tribes police had believed might have been abducted.<\/p>\n

The patrol says Aimee Messerly has been found. Authorities did not immediately provide further details. They had said earlier that the girl might be traveling with a man.<\/p>\n

The Amber Alert warning system was launched after the 1996 kidnapping and murder of 9-year-old Amber Hagerman in Arlington, Texas. It’s used to alert the public to endangered children.<\/p>\n

Aimee Messerly is described as a Native American Female and is 15 years old.\u00a0 Aimee has brown hair and brown eyes.\u00a0 Aimee Messerly \"FoxLarry\"<\/a>may be with Larry Marlin Fox who may be driving a silver 2004 Cadillac CTS.\u00a0 North Dakota license plate is KPE 228.\u00a0 Larry Fox is described as a Native American Male with brown hair, brown eyes, and is 40 years of age.\u00a0 Larry Fox is 6 feet tall and approximately 330 pounds.\u00a0 Larry has tattoos on his chest, left hand, and neck.<\/p>\n
