Court documents show that trial was canceled and has not been rescheduled.<\/p>\n<p>Thu\u2019s attorney, Scott Sandness, of Jamestown says his client was happy to have been found not guilty on the Class A felony charge.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents show, that Thu had been accused of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl along with Demietrius Daniel on August 25, 2015.\u00a0 The maximum penalty for a Class C felony is five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jamestown (CSi) 19 year old Carrie Thu, of Jamestown, was found not guilty of gross sexual imposition after a one-day jury trial Wednesday in Southeast District Court in Jamestown.
