That\u2019s $13.8 million less than what had been projected.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tax collections already are down more than $20 million since a new revenue forecast was done in February.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sharp says most of the decline is due to falling sales tax collections due to a drop in oil drilling and poor crude prices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISMARCK, N.D.
