NDcountyroadsignBismarck  (CSi)  The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT)  reported Thursday afternoon  that water has receded from the roadway on ND Hwy 11, approximately 14 miles west of Ellendale. Traffic is moving at normal speeds.
