Esther Flemmer, 94, Jamestown, ND, died Saturday May 4, 2013 at the Ave Marie Village in Jamestown, ND.

Esther Wiest was born April 14, 1919 at Cleveland, ND, the daughter of Karl Wiest and Charlotte (Hoffman) Wiest.

She and Jacob K. Flemmer were married April 14, 1919 at Napoleon, ND. They made their home on several area ND farms until retiring and moving to Medina in 1973. In 2009 she moved into the Ave Maria Village and has resided there.

She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Cleveland, ND.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Charlotte (Leonard) Batsch, Valley City, ND; Gloria Wetzel, Eagle Point, OR; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; 10 step great great grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law, Lenora Wiest, Billings, MT and Ann Hellmut, Napoleon, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Jacob, of 63 years; 1 daughter, Jeanette; 6 brothers and 6 sisters.

Funeral Services – 2:00 P.M. Saturday May 11, 2013 Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Cleveland, ND.

Burial – Medina Cemetery, Medina, ND

Visitation – 9:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Friday @ the funeral home
