Valley City (CSi) A 27 year-old Valley City man has been charged in connection with burglaries in Barnes County.<\/p>\n
Brandon Elliot of Valley City faces burglary and theft of property charges.<\/p>\n
Those include six counts of felony Burglary, one count of felony theft of property and five Misdemeanor Theft of property charges.<\/p>\n
Stemming from security camera video released by authorities, he was identified.<\/p>\n
Barnes County Chief Deputy Don Fiebiger says the man was captured on security cam video crawling through a window into the East Crossing building along Lake Ashtabula. That incident was recorded about 4:00AM on May 5th.<\/p>\n
Items were reportedly stolen from several locations including Bald Hill Dam Resort, East Crossing, Campground Host.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Items included those taken out of a shed and boat on a trailer near East Crossing lake homes, a maintenance shop in Bjornson Park, items from the U-S Fish Hatchery office.<\/p>\n

Valley City (Csi) The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office reports, the suspect of the East Crossing burglary has been identified.<\/p>\n
The sheriff”s office was seeking the public\u2019s help in identifying a man who broke into a building early Friday morning.<\/p>\n
The Sheriff\u2019s Office reports, charges have not been brought against the man as of Monday afternoon. Once charges are brought the man’s name will be released. Authorities say the suspect was cooperative and the sheriff’s office recovered a large amount of stolen property.<\/p>\n
