<\/a>Prairie Paws Rescue says the dogs were rescued from filthy conditions last week. Ginger Helland was found not guilty of a similar charge in 2014, in a case involving the deaths of eight horses.<\/p>\n Court documents do not list an attorney for the couple, and a home telephone listing is not in service.
