Though the videos show officers saying they thought O’Neal fired at them, no gun was ever found. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel’s “view on the Iran deal remains unchanged.” Obama had said in remarks yesterday that the Iran deal is working, and that Israel’s military and its intelligence community acknowledge that it’s “been a game-changer.” Netanyahu has been one of the fiercest critics of the nuclear deal.

DOVER, Del. (AP) — Republican lawmakers plan to introduce legislation revising Delaware’s death penalty law, which the state Supreme Court declared unconstitutional this week. Citing a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a Florida case earlier this year, the state justices said Delaware’s law was unconstitutional because it allows judges too much discretion. It also doesn’t require that a jury find unanimously and beyond a reasonable doubt that a defendant deserves to be executed.

CSi Weather… REST OF TODAY…SUNNY.
