(AP) \u2014 The Highway Patrol has identified a 55-year-old Florida man who died in a vehicle crash in the western North Dakota oil patch.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say Eugene Reider, of Ormond Beach, Florida, was killed about midday Friday when he lost control of his car on state Highway 8 in Mountrail County. The car went in the ditch, hit a culvert and overturned, landing on its top.<\/p>\n<p>Reider was alone in the vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"_oneup\">BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) \u2014 Authorities have added 20 new charges against a deputy U.S. marshal in Bismarck accused of using a cellphone camera to record under the doors of changing rooms at department stores. Michael Rivera was originally charged in June with one felony count. (AP) \u2014 Authorities are conducting an autopsy on a 10-year-old boy killed on a Kansas waterslide billed as the world&#8217;s largest. But the Wyandotte County coroner&#8217;s office says it&#8217;s unclear whether the autopsy results will be publicly released. Investigators have been treating Caleb Schwab&#8217;s death as a &#8220;civil matter&#8221; rather than a criminal incident. (AP) \u2014 A federal judge seems inclined to let a legal challenge continue over a North Carolina law that lets magistrates refuse to marry same-sex couples. But that&#8217;s only if those suing prove they have a right to do so. At a hearing Monday, the judge considered a motion by the state to dismiss the lawsuit filed by three couples. He also indicated that he wouldn&#8217;t allow Republican legislative leaders and some magistrates to be added to the suit as defendants.<\/p>\n<p>QUETTA, Pakistan (AP) \u2014 Authorities say a suicide bomber has killed at least 67 people in an attack that struck a government-run hospital in the southwestern Pakistan. Dozens more were hurt in the bombing in Quetta (KWEH&#8217;-tuh). A breakaway faction of the Taliban has claimed responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>BEIRUT (AP) \u2014Doctors Without Borders says a hospital it supports in rebel-held northern Syria has been destroyed by airstrikes. The group says a pair of weekend strikes hit the hospital directly, killing five children and 8 others. Hospitals, mostly in rebel-held areas, are regularly attacked.
