This compares with the national average that has not moved\u00a0 in the last week to $2.12\/g, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.<\/p>\n<p>Including the change in gas prices in North Dakota during the past week, prices yesterday were 53.4 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 7.6 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. The national average has decreased 9.4 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 55.1 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.<\/p>\n<p>According to GasBuddy historical data, gasoline prices on August 15 in North Dakota have ranged widely over the last five years:<\/p>\n<p>$2.68\/g in 2015, $3.44\/g in 2014, $3.57\/g in 2013, $3.77\/g in 2012 and $3.71\/g in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Areas nearby North Dakota and their current gas price climate:<\/p>\n<p>Sioux Falls- $2.07\/g, up 7.7 cents per gallon from last week&#8217;s $2.00\/g.<\/p>\n<p>Fargo- $2.00\/g, up 0.9 cents per gallon from last week&#8217;s $1.99\/g.<\/p>\n<p>South Dakota- $2.20\/g, up 1.7 cents per gallon from last week&#8217;s $2.19\/g.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Many communities across the country have witnessed some form of a gas price rebound in the last week,&#8221; said Patrick DeHaan, GasBuddy senior petroleum analyst. &#8220;As oil prices have continued to lift, gasoline prices may see additional slight increases in some parts of the country again this week, but overall, gasoline and diesel prices remain very low considering we&#8217;re nearing the conclusion of the summer driving season.
