The city fire department cleared the scene about\u00a0 8:07 a.m.<\/p>\n
Another power line was down in Southwest Jamestown near Arby\u2019s, with trees down in the area of First Assembly of God Church in Southwest Jamestown.<\/p>\n
Numerous reports of tree damage from the high wind this morning as well.<\/p>\n

Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi)\u00a0 The Jamestown\u00a0 city utility operations director\u00a0 informs Jamestown residents that they may resume normal water and sewer usage as power was restored.<\/p>\n
Earlier Thursday the Jamestown City Engineer\u2019s Office asked Jamestown residents city-wide to restrict water and\u00a0 sewer usage due to power outages in the city affecting sewage lift stations operations.<\/p>\n
Call\u00a0 local Emergency Management offices with reports of damages.<\/p>\n
Numerous reports of tree damage from the high wind this morning as well.<\/p>\n

The power was restored about 11:15-a.m.<\/p>\n
Otter Tail Power Company crews have been working on the power outages on Thursday, with areas that were without power coming back on in a sectional basis.\u00a0 Some outage were expected to last until sometime Thursday afternoon. \u00a0 1,100 Otter Tail Jamestown customers were without power during the height of the outage, stemming in part from the downtown substation off line.<\/p>\n
Call\u00a0 local Emergency Management offices with reports of damages.<\/p>\n
Area law enforcement reports storm related accidents on the highways.<\/p>\n
Thursday morning on I-94 a semi rolled on to its side east of Sanborn.<\/p>\n
Whiteout conditions from the heavy rain was reported on I-94 between Jamestown and Valley City near mile marker 278,\u00a0 during the 7-a.m. hour.<\/p>\n
Authorities report the driver received non-life Threatening injuries.<\/p>\n
In another report, a semi hauling an anhydrous ammonia tanker flipped on to its side eastbound on I-94 near Oriska, just after 8-a.m., Thursday.<\/p>\n
No anhydrous leak was reported, however, the diesel fuel tank ruptured, spilling the fuel, being cleaned up by Haz-Mat crews.<\/p>\n
Two people\u00a0 were extricated from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital.\u00a0 Their condition has not been released.<\/p>\n
