Avenue B, was killed when the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado he was driving left the roadway and rolled several times on North Dakota Highway 36, near mile marker 35. The accident occurred at 8:34 p.m. under clear conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"p402_premium\">\n<div class=\"node-body\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lipp was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
