Grand Forks\u00a0\u00a0 On Sunday, UND received the No. 7 seed in the FCS playoffs and will host the Richmond-North Carolina A&T winner on Dec. 3 at the Alerus Center.<\/p>\n
\n\nThe Grand Forks Herald reports,\u00a0 other teams to receive first-round byes were Jacksonville State (No. 3), James Madison (No. 4), Sam Houston State (No. 5), The Citadel (No. 6) and South Dakota State (No. 8).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\nUND\u2019s home playoff game on December, 3rd is set for a 5 p.m. kickoff. ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) \u2014 North Dakota goalie Cam Johnson made 36 saves as North Dakota shut out St. Cloud State 3-0 for their second straight National Collegiate Hockey Conference win.<\/p>\n
Johnson backstopped a 4-0 win on Friday as well, as the eighth-ranked Fighting Hawks handed the Huskies their first back-to-back shutouts since February 1993.<\/p>\n
Johnson has three of his eight career shutouts this season.<\/p>\n
UND (7-4-2, 2-3-1-1) entered the series 51st in the nation in penalty kills and 41st in power-play scoring. Rhett Gardner and Shane Gersich scored power-play goals and UND killed off four St. Cloud State (6-7-0, 2-4-0) power plays.<\/p>\n
Tucker Poolman scored the other goal for North Dakota, which swept the Huskies on the road for the first time since 1998.<\/p>\n
Goalie Zach Driscoll made 33 saves for St. Cloud State, but was hurt by rebounds, as he was on Friday.<\/p>\n

HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) \u2014 Paul Miller had 25 points and 10 rebounds, Khy Kabellis scored 12 points, and North Dakota State beat High Point 70-44 on Sunday in the finale of the High Point Classic.<\/p>\n
North Dakota State scored 15 straight points to go up 17-5 and the Bison closed the half on an 8-0 run for a 36-24 lead. NDSU opened the second half on a 17-2 run to extend its lead to 53-26 and the Bison had a 33-point lead before High Point closed the game on a 14-6 spurt.<\/p>\n
Carlin Dupree added 11 points for North Dakota State (4-1).<\/p>\n
High Point (3-2) was held to 28.8 percent shooting (15 of 52) and turned it over 15 times. Sophomore Andre Fox had a team-high eight points and Miles Bowman Jr. grabbed a season-high 13 rebounds.<\/p>\n
It was the lowest field-goal percentage for HPU since a 28.6 performance at Wofford on December 30, 2013.<\/p>\n

PRESENTATION-NORTH DAKOTA<\/p>\n
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) \u2014 Drick Bernstine turned in the second triple-double in North Dakota history and the Fighting Hawks rolled past Presentation College 101-63 on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Bernstine had 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Senior Quinton Hooker recorded the first last season.<\/p>\n
North Dakota (3-0) has scored 98, 94 and 101 points in winning its first three games to open a season for the first time since 2002-03. The last time the Fighting Hawks hit 100 points was in a 101-59 victory over Northern Arizona on Jan. 21, 2016.<\/p>\n
Geno Crandall led the Fighting Hawks with 17 points, including 15 in the first half to help break the game open with North Dakota taking a 53-34 halftime lead. Seven Hawks scored in double figures with the team shooting 56.5 percent, including 9 of 22 from the arc (40.9 percent).<\/p>\n

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) \u2014 Xavier Rhodes returned one of his two interceptions 100 yards for a touchdown and Cordarrelle Patterson took the second-half kickoff 104 yards for a score in Minnesota’s 30-24 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday that stopped their four-game losing streak.<\/p>\n
The Vikings (6-4) used those momentum-shifting plays they’d been missing to hold onto a first-place tie with Detroit in the NFC North, with a rematch against the Lions looming in four days. After fueling a 5-0 start with four return touchdowns, the Vikings didn’t produce any over their last four games.<\/p>\n
Russell Wilson threw for 272 yards and a touchdown, and caught a 15-yard touchdown pass from Doug Baldwin as the Seattle Seahawks rolled past the Philadelphia Eagles 26-15. Wilson became the first quarterback in Seahawks franchise history to catch a touchdown, a perfect end-around pass to give the Seahawks a 23-7 lead.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
The Giants clawed back to beat the Bears 22-16. Eli Manning threw a go-ahead 15-yard touchdown pass to rookie Sterling Shepard in the third quarter as New York won its fifth straight. That streak is New York’s longest since 2010. The loss dropped the Bears to 2-8, their worst start since 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n

HOMESTEAD, Fla. (AP) \u2014 Jimmie Johnson has won his seventh NASCAR championship. The win ties Johnson with Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty in the NASCAR record books. He did it by holding off defending champion Kyle Busch and Joey Logano on a late restart.<\/p>\n
The fourth contender in the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship was Carl Edwards. His day ended with 10 laps to go after he was collected in a wreck after contact with Logano.<\/p>\n
It was also the final NASCAR race for three-time champion Tony Stewart, who is retiring.<\/p>\n

UNDATED (AP) \u2014 Three of the top five spots in the new Associated Press Top-25 football poll are held down by teams from the Big Ten. On top, as has been the case all season, is Alabama of the Southeastern Conference. In the No. 2 spot is Ohio State, followed by Michigan, and this coming Saturday those teams will square off in their annual Big Ten battle, this time in Columbus, Ohio.<\/p>\n
Rounding out the top five are Clemson and Wisconsin, the third Big Ten team. The last time the AP poll had three Big Ten teams in the top five was 56 years ago.<\/p>\n
Completing the top ten this week are Washington, Oklahoma, Penn State, Colorado and Oklahoma State.<\/p>\n

NAPLES, Fla. (AP) \u2014 There were three winners in the final LPGA event of the year. Charley Hull won the CME Group Tour Championship event in Naples, Florida, while Arya Jutanugarn (ahr-EE’-uh juh-TAN’-uh-garn) is the LPGA’s player of the year, and In Gee Chun is the tour’s scoring champion.<\/p>\n
Jutanugarn wrapped up her season by finishing tied for fourth in the event, good enough to clinch the season-long Race to CME Globe points competition and $1 million bonus.<\/p>\n

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. (AP) \u2014 The final PGA event of the year will be completed Monday. Mackenzie Hughes was the third player to have a putt to win the RSM Classic in a playoff but he missed and four players will have to return to finish the playoff.<\/p>\n
MacKenzie, Blayne Barber, Camilo Villegas and Henrik Norlander had to return Monday morning. The winner gets in the Masters.<\/p>\n

WASHINGTON (AP) \u2014 Some varieties of Sabra hummus are being recalled amid concerns over possible listeria contamination.<\/p>\n
The Food and Drug Administration says the voluntary recall announced by Sabra Dipping Company includes hummus products with a \u201cBest Before\u201d date of Jan. 23, 2017, or earlier. The products were sent to retailers in the U.S. and Canada.<\/p>\n
\nPARIS (AP) \u2014 French anti-terrorism police say they’ve broken up a terror attack plot with the arrest of seven people. They say the raids in Strasbourg and Marseille (mahr-SAY’), were linked to a series of arrests in June during the European Championship soccer tournament that was held in cities across France. Investigators didn’t identify the target but are studying whether it was part of a larger plot to attack multiple sites simultaneously.<\/p>\n
KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) \u2014 Officials say at least one small child is among the dead in the suicide bombing of a Shiite mosque in the western part of the Afghan capital, Kabul. Officials say a bomber on foot blew himself up among the crowds inside the mosque, killing at least 28 people and wounding more than 40. No group has claimed responsibility but militant Sunni fundamentalists like the Taliban and the Islamic State group are suspect.<\/p>\n
UNDATED (AP) \u2014 Authorities in Texas and Missouri say the shootings of police officers in their states were targeted attacks. A Texas detective was killed and a St. Louis officer is expected to survive despite being shot twice in the face. No arrests have been made yet. Two other police officers were also shot last night, but it wasn’t clear whether the incidents were also targeted attacks.<\/p>\n
ISTANBUL (AP) \u2014 NATO’s general secretary is putting a positive face on the incoming Trump administration in the United States. Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg (yehnz STOHL’-tehn-burg) says he is “looking forward” to working with Donald Trump’s upcoming U.S. administration and reiterated the trans-Atlantic alliance’s dedication to increasing funds from non-U.S. members. He says Trump assured America’s “strong support for the alliance.”<\/p>\n
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) \u2014 Florida says two hurricanes and the Zika scare apparently didn’t faze tourists, who came in record numbers. Florida Gov. Rick Scott will announce today that 85 million tourists visited the state during the first nine months of 2016. State officials say that’s the highest nine-month total ever and a 5.5 percent increase over last year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Season ticket holders have until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 25, to purchase their same seats for the game. To guarantee your same seat location for the playoff game, you must purchase your playoff tickets by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 25. Any tickets not purchased by this time will be deleted from your account and made available for the general public to purchase.

\nStudent tickets can be purchased at the Bison Ticket Office during regular office hours or at the Memorial Union during the following designated hours:<\/p>\n

Reserved Tailgating
\nReserved tailgate spots will go on-sale at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21, to current tailgate pass holders for $20 per spot. Purchases can be made in person at the NDSU Athletics ticket office or by calling 701-231-6172 or 701-231-5990. No online sales will be available. All purchases must be made by credit card. Any passes not purchased will be open to the public at 8:00 a.m. Monday, November 28. Once reserved tailgate spots are released to the public whomever purchases the spots has priority to reserve them for the rest of the playoffs. If you choose not to tailgate after the first game passes must be turned back in by Tuesday, December 6, at 5:00 p.m. or your credit card will be run again for the next game.<\/p>\n
Lot D and Lot R VIP Passes
\nLot D and Lot R passes purchased for regular season games will be honored for all home playoff games.<\/p>\n

Grand Forks\u00a0\u00a0 On Sunday, UND received the No. 7 seed in the FCS playoffs and will host the Richmond-North Carolina A&T winner on Dec. 3 at the Alerus Center.<\/p>\n
UND\u2019s home playoff game on December, 3rd is set for a 5 p.m. kickoff. Tickets will go on sale Monday morning at 10 a.m. at the Ralph Engelstad Arena and Alerus Center box offices as well as online at UNDsports.com\/tickets.<\/p>\n
All seating is reserved and ticket prices are $25 for adults, $12 for youth (12-and-under) and $5 for students with a valid student ID.<\/p>\n
Football season-ticket holders have until Wednesday at 6 p.m. to claim their seats for the game.<\/p>\n
Season-ticket holders can reserve tickets online through their \u201cMy North Dakota Account\u201d at UNDsports.com or in-person at the Ralph Engelstad Arena box office. All seats not claimed by the deadline will be released for sale to the general public.<\/p>\n
