She said all Seniors are invite to join them for tours, free Caribou coffee and membership information. She said Free Senior Fitness Classes will be held at 10am &amp; 1pm, and Zumba Gold at 6:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, November 29th it\u2019s \u201cFamily Day\u201d She said families are welcome to join us for a day of free child watch, playground access, free fitness classes and family swimming.
