Dana Rustebakke says, the evening consists of a Pizza Corner meal, followed by shopping at Shopko in Valley City.<\/p>\n<p>He points out that a number of law enforcement vehicles will flash their lights and sounding their sirens along Valley City\u2019s Main Street after supper to go Christmas shopping with the kids.<\/p>\n<p>Volunteers will the wrap the gifts for the children that evening.\u00a0 After, Santa will make a special stop for the kids at the Valley City Rec Center.<\/p>\n<p>Rustebakke says the event coordinates with Barnes County Social Services to provide Santa gifts to all foster children and needy families of Barnes County.<\/p>\n<p>The program is funded from community donations, including individuals and businesses in the area to be used for children in who live in Barnes County.<\/p>\n<p>Monetary donations can be mailed to:<\/p>\n<p>Santa, Cops &amp; Kids Program<br \/>\n216 2nd Ave. N.E.
