NORTH DAKOTA WITH WINDS DECREASING AND VISIBILITY INCREASING. AS<\/p>\n
A RESULT, THE BLIZZARD WARNING WAS ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 4 PM CST.<\/p>\n
DRIFTING SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING<\/p>\n
HOURS AND ROADS WILL REMAIN SLIPPERY.<\/p>\n
Note that although weather conditions were improving, impacts from<\/p>\n
the Christmas Day 2016 storm linger. Some roads remain blocked by<\/p>\n
snow drifts and were closed. Travel was dangerous and in some<\/p>\n
areas still impossible. Many were without power, especially in the<\/p>\n
James River Valley area due to the ice storm there that brought<\/p>\n
down power lines.<\/p>\n
