The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have LIFTED<\/strong> the No Travel Advisory <\/strong>for portions in central North Dakota including the cities of Bismarck, Jamestown, Valley City<\/strong>, Devils Lake and surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

A No Travel Advisory<\/strong> remains in effect for northeastern North Dakota due to blowing and drifting snow creating near zero visibility and hazardous driving conditions. Cities included are Grand Forks and surrounding areas. \u00a0Motorists in these areas should not travel in this area. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier Tuesday…<\/p>\n

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have LIFTED the No Travel Advisory for southwestern North Dakota. Cities included are Dickinson, Bowman, Beach, Belfield, Killdeer, and surrounding areas. A Travel Alert is in effect for the area due to blowing and drifting snow creating reduced visibility especially when meeting and passing vehicles.<\/p>\n

Jamestown City Street crews began clearing snow earlier this morning on the arterials and Emergency Snow Routes..<\/p>\n

Jamestown (CSi) Jamestown Fire department was called out at 8:30pm for a house fire\u00a0in the 400 block of\u00a03rd Avenue\u00a0 Northwest. \u00a0The house is\u00a0located in the backyard of\u00a0a street-side residence, and was reported by neighbors as on fire.<\/p>\n
