The project had been delayed for months before President Donald Trump last month instructed the Army Corps of Engineers to advance work on the pipeline.

The Standing Rock Sioux tribe has vowed to continue fighting the construction. Tribal Chairman Dave Archambault said in a statement Wednesday that the Standing Rock Sioux are prepared to continue battling the pipeline “in the courts.”

The tribe fears a pipeline leak could contaminate its drinking water. He was a top lieutenant for the Arellano Felix cartel, a competitor of Guzman’s Sinaloa cartel.

The case wound up in North Dakota after Jorge “Sneaky” Arandas, a member of the Arellano Felix gang, set up shop in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota. Investigators say Arandas ordered the killing of Lee Avila in June 2005.

Sillas-Rocha’s case was unsealed Tuesday.

BISMARCK, N.D. Local carpet cleaners were also called in to help pump out water.

The south end of the mall will be closed while the carpet is removed and the affected areas are re-floored.
