He does not current have a vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent\">Olpin is\u00a0 a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 225 pounds with hazel eyes and gray hair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent\">Olpin was convicted of gross sexual imposition involving a 14-year-old girl in 2000 in Morton County District Court and 3rd degree sexual assault for molesting a 5-yearold boy in 1991 in Frederick County Juvenile Court in Maryland.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent\">28 year old Matthew Jacob Lee Graham now resides at 811 20 Street, Southwest, Number 224. He drives a maroon 2000 Dodge Caravan with a temporary North Dakota license.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent\">Graham,\u00a0 is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 192 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. He was convicted of indecent exposure in 2004 in Kidder County.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indent\">Olpin and Graham are not wanted by law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown\u00a0 (CSi) \u00a0 North Dakota\u2019s Giving Hearts Day match,\u00a0 ended at midnight, Thursday, and yesterday a major donation hoped to spark unprecedented giving in Jamestown.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0 woman walked into the Jamestown Salvation Army\u2019s Worship and Service Center and donated $15,000. Her hope is that it would inspire others to give on Giving Hearts Day.<\/p>\n<p>Jamestown Salvation Army administrator, Major Tim Nauta says, \u201cIt\u2019s such a generous gift, it surprised all of us.<\/p>\n<p>Her gift increased the matching opportunity for the Jamestown Salvation Army from $4,000 to $19,000.<\/p>\n<p>The woman\u00a0 said the need is so great and she wants to make sure whoever gives more than $10 to the Jamestown Salvation Army, they\u2019ll know their donation is matched.<\/p>\n<p>To volunteer with The Salvation Army or make a donation, call toll free at 800-SAL-ARMY (800-725-2769). Doug Burgum on Thursday reappointed Kathleen Neset of Tioga to the North Dakota Board of Higher Education.<\/p>\n<p>Neset was first appointed to the board in June 2012 by Gov. Jack Dalrymple. She applied for a second four-year term and was among three finalists chosen by a nominating committee to be interviewed for the seat.<\/p>\n<p>The state Senate still must confirm her appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Neset is a geologist and president of Neset Consulting, which provides services to the oil and gas industry.<\/p>\n<p>The higher education board oversees the 11 campuses in the North Dakota University System. The board consists of eight voting members appointed by the governor, including a student member, and two non-voting members who represent the system\u2019s faculty and staff.<\/p>\n<p>A second open seat on the board is expected to be filled next week.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CANNON BALL, N.D. (AP) \u2014 A federal judge won&#8217;t hear arguments from attorneys until next week on an effort by the Cheyenne River Sioux to block completion of the Dakota Access pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Judge James Boasberg says he&#8217;ll hear arguments during a Monday status hearing that was already scheduled in the legal battle over the $3.8 billion pipeline to carry North Dakota oil to Illinois.<\/p>\n<p>Energy Transfer Partners got the needed permission from the Army on Wednesday night to lay pipe under a Missouri River reservoir in North Dakota. (AP) \u2014 A trial is underway for a Bismarck man accused of using a gun to threaten his girlfriend and an older couple.<\/p>\n<p>The Bismarck Tribune reports that 32-year-old James Vann&#8217;s trial began Wednesday. If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of two years in prison.<\/p>\n<p>The couple told investigators that Vann threatened them with a gun outside of a U.S. Foods after his girlfriend ran to them saying a man was trying to kill her. Vann allegedly fled the scene after he couldn&#8217;t enter the store.<\/p>\n<p>Police say they found Vann hours later, after he called dispatchers and allegedly said he wanted to kill his girlfriend and police. He was arrested in Wahpeton.<\/p>\n<p>His attorney says evidence shows Vann was concerned for his family, frustrated and experiencing momentary anger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>FARGO, N.D. (AP) \u2014 The settlement of a price fixing case could put a little cash in the pockets of those who bought Artic Glacier ice in North Dakota and Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>The ice company is among those that have settled a national class action lawsuit on fixing the price of bags and blocks of ice.<\/p>\n<p>Those who bought that brand of ice between January 2001 and early March of 2008 could get $12 reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to file a claim is May 17. Fleck&#8217;s five-year, $18 million contract comes with a hefty buyout if he is fired and substantial bonuses if the Gophers win big.<\/p>\n<p>The university has released the details of the deal agreed to last month and set to be finalized this week. Fleck will make $3.5 million in his first season, with $50,000 annual raises over the remainder of the contract, which is valued slightly above the average for Big Ten football coaches.<\/p>\n<p>If Fleck is dismissed without cause after one year, the university would owe him $9 million. (AP) \u2014 The Seattle Seahawks have signed former <span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> kicker Blair Walsh.<\/p>\n<p>Walsh spent five seasons with the Vikings before being released midway through last season.<\/p>\n<p>Walsh is infamously remembered for missing a 27-yard field goal attempt in the closing seconds of a 2015 NFC wild-card game against Seattle that could have given <span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> the victory. Walsh was 12 of 16 on field goals and 15 of 19 on extra points last season before being released.<\/p>\n<p>The signing of Walsh could signal a kicking change for the Seahawks. Steven Hauschka is a free agent and had his own struggles last season. Hauschka has been Seattle&#8217;s kicker for the past six seasons, but was 33 of 37 on field goals and 29 of 35 on extra points during the 2016 regular season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>TWINS-PIRATES TRADE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PITTSBURGH (AP) \u2014 The Pittsburgh Pirates gave their bullpen another arm heading to spring training, acquiring reliever Pat Light from <span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> on Thursday for a player to be named or cash.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> designated the 25-year-old Light for assignment on Feb. 6. Light appeared in 15 games for <span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> in 2016, going 0-1 with a 9.00 ERA in 14 innings pitched. Light, a former first-round pick by the Boston Red Sox, was sent to <span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> at the trade deadline last season in exchange for Fernando Abad.<\/p>\n<p>To make room for Light, the Pirates designated pitcher Lisalverto Bonilla for assignment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: red;\">Minnesota<\/span> also said first baseman Byung Ho Park cleared waivers, assigned outright to Triple-A Rochester and will attend big league spring training as a non-roster player. There is $9.75 million remaining.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MLB-MARLINS SALE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MIAMI (AP) \u2014 The Miami Marlins could be changing hands soon.<\/p>\n<p>A person with direct knowledge of the negotiations tells The Associated Press that owner Jeffrey Loria has a preliminary agreement to sell the team to a New York businessman. However, the person adds that the deal could fall through because the final purchase price hasn&#8217;t been determined.<\/p>\n<p>According to the source, the preliminary agreement was for a purchase price of about $1.6 billion, but that was before the prospective buyer did due diligence. The person says the final offer by the potential buyer could be much lower.<\/p>\n<p>The 76-year old Loria bought the Marlins for $158.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>NASCAR-CRAVEN ON DANICA<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) \u2014 Former NASCAR driver Ricky Craven said Thursday that Danica Patrick is &#8220;getting long in the tooth&#8221; and her window to win a Cup race is starting to close.<\/p>\n<p>The two-time Monster Energy Cup series race winner and ESPN analyst touched on several topics during a news conference for Kentucky Speedway, including Dale Earnhardt Junior&#8217;s return from a concussion and Carl Edwards&#8217; decision to retire. Craven&#8217;s discussion of those drivers led to a mention of Patrick, who enters her fifth full-time Cup season still seeking her first victory.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart-Haas Racing filed a $31 million breach of contract lawsuit against Nature&#8217;s Bakery last week, accusing the company of refusing to pay millions of dollars it owes the team to sponsor Patrick this season. Nature&#8217;s Bakery was scheduled to sponsor at least 20 races this NASCAR season, the second year of a three-year deal to be the primary sponsor for Patrick.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick has been criticized off and on for years over her lack of wins in NASCAR.
