Oakes (CSi) The Minnesota Highway Patrol reports, two North Dakota teenagers have died, and another teen was injured\u00a0in a single vehicle accident on I-94 about 10-p.m., Saturday.<\/p>\n

The report says\u00a0the vehicle operated by \u00a018 year old Danie Thomssen of Fargo was\u00a0 westbound on I-94 near Glyndon,\u00a0 when the car\u00a0went out of \u00a0control on a slippery\u00a0area \u00a0and slid into a guardrail in the median.<\/p>\n

A 19 year old passenger Carson Roney of Oakes was also killed in the crash.\u00a0Another passenger, 18 year old Haley Visto, also of Oakes, was transported to Sanford Health in Fargo for non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

All three occupants of the vehicle were wearing seatbelts.<\/p>\n

Roney and Thomssen were sophomores at NDSU<\/p>\n

Carson Dennis Roney, 19, Oakes, N.D., died Saturday, Feb. 11, near Moorhead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 17, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Oakes. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at the church. Burial will be in St. Charles Catholic Cemetery near Oakes.<\/p>\n
