(AP) \u2014 A small community in northeastern North Dakota is coming together to support a couple who lost their three children in a weekend fire.<\/p>\n<p>Carrington Police Chief Randy Munkeby Monday confirmed the identities of the three young victims \u2014 7-year-old Spencer Tufte, his 8-year-old sister, Melody, and their 11-year-old brother, Alex.<\/p>\n<p>The children died when fire engulfed their mobile home in Carrington&#8217;s Westside Trailer Court. Their parents, Dawn and Brandon Tufte and a third adult survived the fire. Brandon Tufte is in good condition at Regions Hospital in the Twin Cities.<\/p>\n<p>Munkeby says his department has turned the fire investigation over to the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation. The state fire marshal is also investigating.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/tufte-family-funeral-expenses\">\u201cGoFundMe\u201d page <\/a>\u00a0for the Tufte family funeral expenses has raised over\u00a0$65,000 as of Tuesday morning, exceeding the $20,000 goal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CARRINGTON, N.D.
