It is the driver\u2019s responsibility to maintain control of their vehicle, regardless of wind conditions. If you cannot maintain control of your vehicle, travel is illegal.<\/p>\n<p>The North Dakota Highway Patrol is urging all motorists to travel with care Tuesday. Strong winds are expected across the state.<\/p>\n<p>During inclement weather, high-profile, long-load type, and permitted overdimensional vehicles have restricted travel.
