(AP) \u2014 A North Dakota House committee has given a \u201cdo pass\u201d recommendation on new rules governing the use of medical marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>The House Human Services Committee voted 13-1 on Monday to endorse the rules. The measure is expected to go to the full House on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The committee spent most of last week going over the 82-page bill on how medical marijuana would be overseen in the state. The Senate passed it last month by more than the needed two-thirds majority to amend the citizen initiative.<\/p>\n<p>A big sticking point is the ease in which marijuana could be smoked as medicine. The bill passed by the Senate allows patients to smoke it only if a physician finds no other form of marijuana would help.<\/p>\n<p>The House took out that provision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BISMARCK, N.D.
