Dana Rustebakke from the squad car, and he was\u00a0\u00a0transported to\u00a0Mercy Hospital\u00a0and was treated for injuries\u00a0and released.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the van Tanner Hovland was cited for Failure to Yield.
